LandedPulseCan I cancel Pro Pass at any time?
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve from the billing portal, carries no penalty, and takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid for. Credits granted for that cycle stay usable until it ends.
The billing portal is reached from the account menu and is operated by the payment provider, so card details are never held by LandedPulse.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not revoke access mid-cycle. Any top-up credits purchased separately remain on the account, because they were bought outright rather than granted by the subscription.
